Judge Pushes Trial Back
JEFFERSON CITY - A Jefferson City murder suspect's arraignment was pushed back Wednesday morning. Khiry Summers, one of three men charged in murdering a Columbia man in Jefferson City earlier this year, got a continuance because there was a flaw in the court paperwork. His arraignment was rescheduled for June 20.
Tracy Sessions, one of the other suspects charged with second degree murder, also got his arraignment pushed back until June. Sessions did not have a lawyer, but got one this week.
The third suspect, Brandon Chase, also charged with second degree murder, is scheduled to be back in court next Wednesday for a counsel status hearing.
