The rally kicks off a statewide tour that will allow voters to hear from the candidates leading up to the November election. Other rallies are scheduled in cities including Kansas City, Joplin, Springfield, and St. Charles.

The rally is located at one of the party's offices at 2117 Missouri Blvd. The public is invited to attend.

Elected officials, candidates and activists will be at the rally to speak about the Republican Party's efforts and to encourage the public to get involved. Special guests will include Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer, candidate for governor Dave Spence and Lt. Governor Peter Kinder.

Right now, the Democratic Party website does not indicate the party has any rallies planned. However, the website did have links of offices where people can find out more information and learn about the candidates.
