MOBERLY - Ameren Missouri has scheduled a power outage in northwest Moberly for Sunday morning.

The outage will allow Ameren to upgrade its power system. Kemp Martin, a communications executive for Ameren, said the goal is to make the system as efficient and reliable as possible.
