COLUMBIA - Columbia Second Chance hosted its 4th annual Take a Sip for Second Chance fundraiser Friday. Donors sampled unique wines as they mingled at the Perlow Stevens Gallery. The event benefits Columbia Second Chance, a no-kill animal shelter staffed entirely by volunteers.
