COLUMBIA - Volunteers and workers set up the foundation for the Roots N Blues N BBQ festival in Peace Park Thursday.

This weekend's festival starts Friday at 5 p.m. with the first live performer going on at 5:45 p.m. The festival ends Sunday and has more than 25 performers and a BBQ
