First Alert Forecast
It'll be a mostly clear start to the day with a few areas of patchy fog possible for the early AM commute. Out the door temps are in the mid 70s. It will be hot and humid once again this afternoon with highs in the middle 90s, heat indices in the upper 90s and mostly sunny skies. A stray spot shower is possible, but most will stay dry. A cold front will push into the region, shifting winds to the north. This wind shift will help bring in more seasonal temperatures for the middle of the week and allow for much lower humidity on Tuesday, the most comfortable day of the week.
There is a slight chance for a thunderstorm on Tuesday, however, better chances exist on Wednesday and Thursday. Heat and humidity will then rise for the end of the week. Thursday and Friday will both feature heat index highs near 100.
Conditions will likely be sunny and back to seasonal conditions for the weekend.
