Tigers lose 4th straight against South Dakota 72-56Posted on 21 November 2019 at 11:22pm
VERMILLION, SD - The Tigers women basketball team travelled to South Dakota Thursday night to face the Coyotes and hoped to possibly end their losing streak.
Missouri was able to make the game tight in the first half as the lead went back and forth, but South Dakota was too much as it pulled away in the 2nd half to beat the Tigers 72-56.
True Freshman Haley Frank from Strafford, MO would come off the bench to be the leading scorer for the Tigers with 15 points and 4 rebounds and starter Jordan Chavis would help her with 11 points and five rebounds herself.
The Tigers lose their fourth game in a row, falling to 1-4 on the season and the Tigers will host Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Sunday afternoon.
