COLUMBIA - According to Columbia Water & Light, power is back on for 1,400 customers near Cosmo Park who were without power Thursday morning.
As of 9 a.m., 45 customers called to report the outage.
A spokesperson from Columbia Water & Light said a car hit a telephone pole, which caused the power outage.
