COLUMBIA - Police arrested a man at Phoenix Health Programs on Sunday after he allegedly stabbed another person several times.
Officers responded to the substance abuse treatment center shortly before 2 a.m. They found the victim had been stabbed numerous times in the throat, and identified the suspect as Steven Devine.
Officers arrested Devine, 41, on suspicion of assault, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon. His bond was set at $250,000.
The victim's current condition is not available at this time.
