ST. LOUIS (AP) — Thirty-six people have been arrested and 190 pounds of methamphetamine seized following an 18-month investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration's office in St. Louis.

KSDK-TV reports authorities also seized heroin, 16 weapons and more than $1 million in drug money. The DEA says the seized meth has a street value of more than $3 million. The DEA announced details of the investigation Tuesday.

The arrests included suspects from St. Louis city and county, along with St. Charles, Jefferson and St. Francois counties.
