JEFFERSON CITY - Another official is leaving Gov. Blunt's office. Rob Monsees was deputy chief of staff for policy. He's leaving to become executive director of the Missouri Technology Corp., which tries to lure research funding for Missouri universities and help create new businesses and jobs. Monsees also was operations director for Blunt's campaign for governor and before that was policy director for Senate Republicans. He also worked on the Washington staffs of Sen. Kit Bond and Congressman Kenny Hulshof.
