COLUMBIA - Central Bank in Columbia is warning its customers on Monday about a text scam that's circling around to its customers. Someone has been sending text messages to bank customers with fake accounting information instructing the customers to call or text back with information.
KOMU received a call from a Central Bank customer on Monday who claimed she'd gotten several text messages for a week, and was unsuccessful with both the bank and phone provider to block the texts.

The customer said Central Bank told her that other customers have received the same text messages and the bank was tracking the text-sender.
