Big Potholes Cause Car Damage
COLUMBIA - Road crews have been doing their best to fill potholes with "cold patches" to temporarily fix the problems the bad road conditions cause cars.
The potholes have sent many drivers into auto repair shops. Marvin Hodges of Schilby's Tires and Wheels, Inc., says, "This time of year we are already seeing a lot of alignment issues, maybe even worse this year than years past."
Hodges says many times people don't realize when they knock their alignment off, and driving with the issues can cause more damage onto the tires.
With the way road conditions look now, Hodges has a feeling there will be a lot more damaged vehicles coming in.
