Boone County stalking suspect pleads guilty to property damage
COLUMBIA - A woman pleaded guilty to property damage and resisting arrest Wednesday after being arrested in an incident involving allegations of felony stalking last November.
An incident report last November said 49-year-old Caroline Lazinger allegedly rammed her car into two vehicles parked in the driveway of her ex-husband's home. Lazinger then led police on a short foot pursuit.
A Boone County judge sentenced Lazinger to 45 days in jail following her guilty plea. The judge added two years of probation for the stalking charges and one year in jail if she violates probation.
