MILLER COUNTY - A Brumley man was pronounced dead at the scene of a single car accident on MO 42 east of Coker Road Saturday afternoon.

Troopers say Devon Frisbie, 21, was headed eastbound around 4:30 p.m. when he drifted off the right side of the highway, overcorrected and began skidding across the road. Frisbie's Chervolet Silverado then overturned and struck a utility pole.

The crash report indicates that Frisbie was not wearing a seatbelt when he lost control of his vehicle.
