POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (AP) -- Twenty-nine grade school students in the southeast Missouri town of Poplar Bluff are OK after a scare, when their school bus collided with a pickup truck.
The Poplar Bluff Daily American Republic reports that a pickup driven by an 80-year-old man ran a red light and collided with the school bus carrying students in fifth and sixth grades. The
accident happened around 6:45 a.m. Monday.

All of the students, along with the 50-year-old bus driver and the pickup driver, were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. A spokeswoman says the students had no injuries or minor injuries. Details about injuries to the two adults were not immediately available.
It wasn't immediately clear if the pickup driver would face charges.
