AP-MO--CampusClimateChal 11-01 0100 AP-MO--Campus Climate Challenge Program on campuses seeks to improve energy efficiency KIRKWOOD, Mo. (AP) -- St. Louis Community College at Meramec is one of several colleges and universities around the country involved in a program called the Campus Climate Challenge. The goal is to improve energy efficiency on campus by using solar panels, windmills and converting vehicles to cleaner fuels. At a news conference this morning, Meramec President E.
