ST. LOUIS - Today that loud music blaring from the car next to you may just be for a good cause. Volkswagen and the Rock the Vote organization have teamed up to remind people of the importance to head to the polls today in St. Louis. Musicians will play patriotic songs, amplified through special equipment built into the cars. The musical reminder to get out and vote will be downtown at Washington Avenue and 13th street Tuesday morning. From there, the volume will be cranked in a vehicle outside the Blueberry Hill restaurant in University City Tuesday afternoon.
