Columbia Citizens Receive Surveys on City Services
COLUMBIA - The city of Columbia is mailing residents surveys regarding city services and other issues this week.
The ETC Institute has conducted these surveys since 2003 for the city. Some issues have remained consistent since then, but new issues this year include:
- Columbia Regional Airport
- Public health services
- Communication preferences
- Customer service
The survey can be completed online, but postage-paid return envelopes will be included with the mailed surveys. Residents will get a reminder call a few days after they receive the surveys.
The survey period ends early May and the results will be discussed at a city council meeting in late spring.
