Columbia Regional flights from Chicago finally back on schedule

COLUMBIA - Citizens from Chicago looking to get to Columbia, or vice-versa, have been having dificulties recently at Columbia Regional Airport.
A fire at a suburban Chicago air traffic control facility Friday halted all flights in and out of the city's two airports for a total of four days.
The first flight between Chicago and Columbia since the arson was supposed to land in Columbia at 8:55 p.m. Monday night, but a delay in the schedule at Chicago O'Hare International Airport caused the American Airlines flight to arrive at 9:30 p.m. instead.
33 passengers were aboard the flight.
This is the second time since May that a fire at one of the Chicago area's major control facilities prompted a ground stop at O'Hare and Midway International Airports.
