WESTLAKE, Ohio - A judge set Brian Adkison's bond to $500,000 Thursday in the Magistrate SERRAT of the Rocky River Municipal Court.

Westlake Police Captain Guy Turner said Adkison is in Westlake City jail but is likely to be transferred to the Cuyahoga County jail soon. The State or County makes the extradition decision.

Adkison faces two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, one count of Felony Fleeing, one count of burglary and one count of Resisting Arrest.

The alleged stolen property is a truck and a license plate. The alleged burglary is for taking the bike he was riding from someone's open garage.
