Crews put out dumpster fire outside northeast Columbia school

COLUMBIA - Fire crews were called to Oakland Junior High School on Saturday to put out a small dumpster fire.

Crews were called to the scene around 4:45 p.m. and the fire was put out by 5:20 p.m.

Two dumpsters sit just a few feet outside of the rear of the building.

It is unknown at this time what caused the fire. No injuries or damages were reported and the dumpster is still intact.
