CLAYTON - Following the announcement of the grand jury's decision not to indict Officer Darren Wilson, evidence used by the jury has been released to the public including interview, medical records and photos.

Below is a transcript of Darren Wilson's testimony to the grand jury at the office of St. Louis County prosecuting attorney Rob McCulloch and his medical report. The assistant prosecuting attorneys Ms. Kathi Alizadeh and Ms. Sheila Whirley led the questioning.

The interview with Officer Wilson begins on page 196 and below the embedded transcript and medical report is an outline of the interview.
