Deputies arrest Osage County man on meth and marijuana charges
LINN - The Osage County Sheriff's Office said Friday it arrested a man for having methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Deputies arrested Charles Buddemeyer, 32, of Belle, and booked him at the Osage County Jail.
The Sheriff's office said it and the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group executed a search warrant at 2818 Highway Y near Belle, where they found a large amount of money, suspected methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.
Deputies said one child was home at the time, and was taken by investigators from the children's division.
Buddemeyer was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of up to 35g of marijuana. His bond was set at $10,000.
