Early Morning Accident Kills New Florence Man

MONTGOMERY COUNTY - A man was killed Saturday morning in an accident.

Anthony Penn, of New Florence, was driving north on Route F when his car crossed the center line. The car left the road, hit a driveway culvert and turned over.

Penn was ejected from the vehicle. He was not wearing a seatbelt. 

Authorities pronounced Penn dead at the scene.
