Employee Hub for Small Businesses
Moresource's service groups common business operations, such as employee benefits.
"By putting benefits on the table that maybe you as a small business owner couldn't afford to do, now you have all these wonderful perks you can put on the table," Cunningham added.
Employees are hired by a separate firm, such as Moresource, but can receive benefits that only a larger business would be able to provide.
Buffalo Wild Wings is one of the companies included among Moresources's more than 3,000 employees.
"Full-time employees get availability to health packages and eye and dental and other benefits, large group discounts. Blockbuster, stuff like that," explained Ben Mattis, Buffalo Wild Wings manager.
Helping employees and removing the hassle for business owners is the goal of this growing outsource industry.
"There's just some documentation that has to be completed by law," Cunningham noted. "And so those clients, because they want to stay in the day-to-day and stay in their core business, they send those people over here and let us do that paperwork for them."
Whether its selling a house or frying some wings, outsourcing paperwork, payroll and benefits lets businesses do what they do best. Other companies increase benefits for their employess in a similar way, by pooling together to pay less for group health insurance rates.
