SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Former Mizzou football player Dorial Green-Beckham was arrested at 2:59 a.m. Saturday morning in Greene County.

He was charged on suspicion of DWI, failure to display plates and a window tint violation. He was later released.

While at Hillcrest High School in Springfield, Green-Beckham set the national receiving yards record. He spent two seasons at Mizzou from 2012-2013, totaling 87 catches, 1278 yards and 17 touchdowns in 25 games.

Green-Beckham, 24, was arrested twice for marijuana offenses while at MU. He was also arrested for alleged violence against a woman. Those charges were dropped, but he was dismissed from the Mizzou football program shortly after.

Once in the NFL, Green-Beckham was most recently cut by the Philadelphia Eagles prior to this season. He spent time with the Eagles and the Tennessee Titans, who selected him in the 2nd round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He had 32 receptions for 549 yards and four touchdowns in his rookie season.
