Four in custody after another Miller County drug bust
MILLER COUNTY - Four people were taken into custody Thursday after the Miller County Sheriff's Office and the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force conducted a drug investigation involving methamphetamine distribution.
Three of the suspects, Jeffery Barlow, Abigail Haslag and Scott Howell, were arrested in relation to the investigation. Brian Stogsdill was also taken into custody during the investigation on several separate warrants, according to a press release.
Officers arrested the suspects after they witnessed possible drug transactions and found suspected methamphetamine.
Barlow is being held on suspicion of felony delivery of a controlled substance on a $75,000 bond, however, he was on parole at the time, so the judge has issued a no bond warrant for violating his parole. Howell is being held on suspicion of felony delivery of a controlled substance on a $50,000 bond. Haslag is being held on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance on a $25,000 bond.
These arrests are separate from a Wednesday Miller County drug bust that led to the arrest of seven people.
The Miller County Sheriff's Office said in the release it has "zero tolerance when it comes to drug use and is committed to helping fight the addiction and destruction it causes."
