Fulton man arrested on moped, charged with drug-related offenses
FULTON - A Fulton man was arrested this morning on four separate counts after his moped was stopped for a traffic violation.
Timothy P. Brauner, 28, was placed under arrest after Fulton Police found his driver's license was revoked, according to a press release.
A follow-up search of Brauner found he was in possession of Methamphetamine, Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.
According to the release, Brauner has been officially charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance except Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana under 10 grams, Unlawful Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia, and No Operator's License.
In addition to this arrest, Brauner has several pending charges relating to drugs on two separate arrests, also from this year.
He was arrested on June 6, 2019 for Delivery of a Controlled Substance except 35 grams or less of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance except 35 grams or less of Marijuana, Resisting Arrest for a Felony, and Unlawful Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Oct. 15, 2019 Brauner was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, Possession of Marijuana 11 - 35 grams, Unlawful Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia.
He is currently in Callaway County Jail with no bond.
