Fulton police take two into custody after high-speed chase
FULTON - Fulton police officers took two into custody after a high-speed chase 7 p.m. Saturday.
The Fulton Police Department attempted to conduct a traffic stop near North Bluff Street and Industrial Drive, which is near Fulton High School.
According to FPD, when an officer attempted to activate his emergency lights, the car drove away, committing several road violations. The officer followed the car for about five minutes until it stopped outside the city limits in the 4700 block of Country Road 105.
Fulton police said three suspects ran from the vehicle, a white Buick Regal passenger vehicle. Police took two of the suspects into custody. Officers identified the third suspect, who is wanted for questioning.
The Callaway County Sheriff's Office assisted Fulton police officers.
FPD said there were no injuries or accidents reported during the incident. Authorities have not released the names of the suspects because of the ongoing investigation.
