Have a Safe, Howling Good Halloween
Boone County set up a sobriety checkpoint Friday night to try to make sure drivers are responsible.
"I know they have to do their jobs, but I don't think it's right the way they trick people into stopping," complained an MU student.
"We'll drive to the bars and then take STRIPES home," said Dan Moret, another student. "We're pretty responsible."
The Boone County Sheriff's Department recommends picking a designated driver before starting to party this weekend or using STRIPES for a free ride home.
