Hickman and Blair Oaks Host Preseason Jamborees

COLUMBIA - Week one of the high school football season may still be a week away but fans were able to get a sneak peak at their favorite teams. Hickman High School hosted Jefferson City, Liberty, and Liberty North at Robert M. LeMone Field on Friday while Blair Oaks hosted a six-team Jamboree with all proceeds from the gate and funnel cake saless going to Joplin Schools.

Some of the highlights from the night in Columbia were Jefferson City's Thomas LePage connected with Daniel Ajuzie for a 30-yard touchdown. Hickman QB Logan Fitch also sent his team into the end zone after giving Bohannon Davidson.

At Blair Oaks, Tipton Quarterback Riley Brandt connects with Ethan Koechner for a touchdown pass while Versailles QB Maurice Moyer rushed for a 20-yard touchdown run.
