Issues Missouri Voters Face
Boone County voters will tackle Proposition 1.
That's the sales tax of one-half percent for road improvements. Proposition 1 in Cole County would allow unlimited open burning of waste, paper and cardboard in Jefferson City.
And Camden County voters will decide where the Camelot Sewer District should issue bonds amounting to 1.9 million dollars for a new sewerage system.
There are two questions for voters in Miller County, both relating to neighborhood improvement projects in Lake Ozark.
Voters will decide where to appoint a chief of police for Clarksburg, in Moniteau County.
And in Montgomery County they will decide whether the Middletown Community Fire Protection District can levy a tax.
And in Morgan County, the question of whether Barnett should issue bonds amounting to 250,000 dollars for the combined waterworks and sewerage system.
