Kidnapping Suspect Returns to Jail

CLAYTON (AP) - Devlin is accused in the 2002 abduction of 11-year-old Shawn Hornbeck in Washington County and the January abduction of 13-year-old Ben Ownby in Franklin County. Both boys were found in January at Devlin's Kirkwood apartment. The former pizza delivery manager pleaded not guilty to 71 charges after waiving his arraignment in St. Louis County. He is also charged in Franklin and Washington counties, and in the federal system.
