Man arrested for meth possession after altercation with Sheriff
OSAGE COUNTY - A man was in custody Wednesday for possession of meth and resisting arrest after an altercation with the Osage County Sheriff and deputies.
Linn resident Ryan Johnson, 33, was taken into custody following a traffic stop where he was detained for driving with a revoked license. Deputies said Johnson tried to pull away from officers and was taken to the ground and handcuffed. The Sheriff described the resistance as relatively minor.
They also located suspected methamphetamine on Johnson. He faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving with a revoked license, and resisting arrest.
Johnson's bond is set at $10,000.
