Man Arrested in Alleged Maries Co. Meth Lab Bust
MARIES COUNTY - Deputies from the Maries Co. Sheriff's Office and the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group arrested one man on meth manufacturing and weapons charges after executing a search warrant at a home off Highway 28 near Belle.
50-year-old Keith "Tuff" W. Lansford, was arrested early Saturday after officers discovered what they called a meth lab, alleged methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, weapons and ammunition.
Lansford is a convicted felon, and had been out on parole for a prior manufacturing of a controlled substance charge, stemming from a 2011 arrest. He has several prior drug manufacturing charges.
