COLUMBIA - Columbia City Manager Mike Matthes will share a report of the Columbia Police Department Tuesday morning.

Eric Anderson Associates of Washington, an independent consulting firm, conducted the study. The city hired the group after a push by Councilman Jason Thornhill pushed for private consultation.

The study is a result of "low morale" in the department after officer Rob Sanders was dismissed last September.

The study is expected to cost the city $45,000.

Matthes will report the findings at nine at the city building.
