Missouri S&T Receiving Interim Chancellor
ROLLA - Dr. Warren Kent Wray was announced, Monday, as the interim chancellor for Missouri University of Science and Technology. The move will take effect September 1st. Current S&T chancellor John F. Carny III's retirement will become effective August 31st.
Wray joined the university in August 2006 to serve as provost and executive vice chancellor for academic affairs. Before coming to Missouri S&T, he previously served as provost at Michigan Technological University and is the former dean of Ohio University's College of Engineering and Technology. Wrey has degrees from Washburn University, Kansas State University, Air Force Institute of Technology, amd Texas A&M.
