Missouri Swept By No. 10 Texas
AUSTIN, TX - The Missouri volleyball team was swept by No. 10 texas on Saturday evening, thus ending their three-game winning streak.
The Tigers (17-9, 3-5 Big 12) were led by freshman Whitney Little who had a team-high ten kills on .444 hitting.
However, their defense struggled as they posted just three blocks and 17 digs, allowing .431 hitting in the match.
As for Texas, they limited MU to just .094 hitting, while putting up nine blocks and 29 digs.
Defending Big 12 Player of the week Lisa Henning finished with nine kills, but also had 11 attack errors.
The Tigers will hit the road to take on Kansas State next Wednesday.
