Mizzou's Sweet Valentine
Ahhh Valentine's Day, women wait for all year. While many were out for a romantic dinner for two, this couple choose to come cheer on the Tigers instead.
"So we started our Valentine's Day out earlier because we wanted to come to the game and see Mizzou beat Baylor and then we'll go eat dinner," said Missouri fans Bruce and Lynn Hiller.
And although it wasn't a rose or candy bar, they got a treat from the Mizzou basketball team. The Baylor Bears faced a team of double trouble with Keon Lawrence and Stefhon Hannah, both scoring into the double digits. Keon almost hit the double-double with 24 points and eight rebounds.
"I mean I just was like I just want to be I don't want all this pressure on Stefhon's shoulder or nobody's else so I just feel like I could help a lot," said Lawrence.
And his plans for Valentine's Eve?
"I don't know, I'll probably go to the movies," said Lawrence.
The Bears, however, headed back to Waco with a loss on this Valentine's Day as Mizzou won it 78-71.
