Mizzou to host Kentucky, SEC Network pre-game show
COLUMBIA - Missouri Tiger fans will have an action packed day of SEC football when the Kentucky Wildcats come to town on Nov. 1. On Monday, the Southeastern Conference announced the game will kickoff at 3 p.m. and can be seen on the SEC Network.
In addition to the game, the SEC Network's brand new traveling pre-game show "SEC Nation" will make it's first trip to Columbia. Host Joe Tessitore along with Tim Tebow, Marcus Spears, Paul Finebaum and Kaylee Hartung will be broadcasting live from the Francis Quadrangle. Fans can visit the set from 9 - 11 a.m. CT.
The match-up will be the fifth meeting between the two schools on the football field. The series is currently tied 2-2, with both of Missouri's wins coming since the team joined the SEC. The Tigers picked up their first ever conference football win during homecoming in 2012 against the Wildcats, 33-10. They also grabbed a 48-17 win on the road last year in Lexington.
This week, the Missouri Tigers host the Vanderbilt Commodores for the 103rd Homecoming at 3 p.m. CT on SEC Network.
