Mizzou volleyball rolls over the Tide
COLUMBIA- The Missouri Tigers swept the 25th ranked Alabama Crimson Tide in their SEC opener: 25-22, 25-18, and 28-26. Mizzou controlled the tempo of the match and was able to get an exciting win in front of the fans at home.
Missouri's Leketor Member-Meneh was a dominant factor in the team's win. The sophomore out of St. Louis lead the team with 15 kills and stayed consistent, keeping the Crimson Tide on their toes the whole game. This was the seventh game on the season for Member-Meneh with 10+ kills. Dariana Hollingsworth also chipped in with 14 of the team's 50 kills.
The Mizzou Volleyball Team will be back in action on Sunday as it heads to Fayetteville to battle the Arkansas Razorbacks at 1 PM.
