MoDOT Gets New Public Transit Director
JEFFERSON CITY (AP) -- Missouri has a new director for programs funding airports, railroads, river ports and public transit. The state Department of Transportation says Michelle Teel, of Fulton, will oversee its Multimodal Division.
Teel replaces Brian Weiler, who has been named director of aviation for the Springfield-Branson National Airport. The airport says Weiler is expected to start his duties there Aug. 1.
Teel has worked for MoDOT for more than 15 years.
