Monday COVID-19 Coverage: No active cases in Cole County

9:15 p.m.: No active cases in Cole County
Cole County is reporting no active cases as of Monday. Of the 54 confirmed cases in the county, 53 are considered recovered and one person has died.
5:00 p.m.: New positive cases in Boone County
There are now 9 active cases in Boone County, bringing the total positive cases to 105. 95 of those cases are recovered and there has been one death.
5:00 p.m.: No new positive cases in Callaway County
Callaway County is reporting no new positive cases. To date, they have had 22 total positive cases, with 20 of those recovered, one active and one death.
1:30 p.m.: More mobile testing sites available in Boone County
More mobile testing sites are available around Boone county today, from 9 a.m to 1 p.m. at the Bear Creek Family Neighborhood outside the manager's office, from noon to 4 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Towers, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Saint Luke's United Methodist Church.
These mobile sites will test anyone with symptoms.
1:15 p.m.: All cases recovered in Randolph County
The one remaining active case in Randolph County is now fully recovered, meaning there are no current active cases in the county.
In total, the county has had eight confirmed cases.
1:00 p.m.: Potential exposure in Phelps/Maries County
Individuals who stopped at the following location on the specific dates listed below may be at low risk for getting COVID-19, according to the Phelps-Maries County Health Department:
- Love’s Travel Stop 3500 Hy Point Industrial Drive Rolla, MO:
- Thursday, May 7, 2020 overnight into Friday
- Friday, May 8, 2020 evening
- Sunday, May 10, 2020 overnight into Monday
- Tuesday, May 12, 2020 overnight into Wednesday
Symptoms include fever of 100.4 or higher, cough, shortness of breath, headache, sore throat, loss of sense of smell and/or taste, and generalized muscle aches and pains, according to the health department.
1:00 p.m.: Audrain County reports four new positive cases
There are four new positive COVID-19 cases in Audrain County, according to the Audrain County Health Department. There are now six total cases in the county, with five active and one recovered.
12:30 p.m.: Howard County reports one new positive case
There is one new positive COVID-19 case in Howard County, according to the Howard County Public Health Department. They are currently investigating to find who the individual was in contact with.
