KINGDOM CITY, MO - The North Callaway Thunderbirds had a chance to set a school record on Thursday night with their 18th win of the season, if they could beat New Bloomfield.

New Bloomfield's Aaron Bedsworth hit a home run to put the Tigers up 4-1. Then North Callaway's Zach Lavy with a pop fly sacrifice to right would bring in teammate Grant Cundiff, 4-2 New Bloomfield.

Austin Pittman with the infield grounder would score New Bloomfield's Zach Rehagen and Jacob Rieken to put the Tigers up 7-5 in the seventh. They would hold on and beat North Callaway 8-5.
