One man seriously injured in Moberly motorcycle accident
MOBERLY - The Moberly Police Department said one person was seriously injured after an accident Wednesday morning.
Police said they responded to the intersection of U.S. Hwy 63 and Route M about 5:39 a.m. for an accident involving a motorcycle.
Officers said a 56-year-old man, driving a 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle, was eastbound on Route M at U.S. Hwy 63, when he collided with a woman driving a Ford Edge. She was westbound on Route M and attempted to turn left onto U.S. Hwy 63 when the two collided.
The man driving the motorcycle was airlifted to University Hospital with serious injuries, according to police.
Police said the 48-year-old woman driving the Ford didn't report any injuries.
