Peeler Wants to be a MU Assistant, Regardless the Coach
COLUMBIA - Regardless of who becomes Missouri's next coach, former Tiger star Anthony Peeler would like to be part of the new coaching staff.
Peeler's representative contacted Mizzou athletic director Mike Alden informing him of Peeler's interest in becoming a Tiger assistant coach.
Anthony Peeler is Missouri's all-time leader in assists and steals.
He is third on the school's all-time scoring list, behind Derrick Chievous and Doug Smith.
Peeler played 13 seasons in the NBA.
He attended a few Mizzou games this season.
