Police Interrupt Fulton Restaurant Robbery
FULTON - Police arrived at Finally Tammy's Friday after receiving an alert at 8:50 p.m. that the restaurant was being robbed by two white males. The men attempted to break in through the back door but employees stopped them. Police apprehended Derek Marsh, 18, on Pioneer Dr. and escorted him to Callaway County Jail. Marsh's charges are burglary in the first degree and possession of burglary tools. His bond is posted at $29,500.
On Sunday January 2, the second suspect turned himself in at the Callaway County Jail. The suspect's name is Caleb M. Klick, 17. Bond was set at $10,000. Klick fled on foot after the owner of the business chased him and Marsh.
