NEOSHO (AP) - The reward for information in a hit-and-run that killed a southwest Missouri pedestrian is now up to $6,000.
Neosho police said 19-year-old Matthew Brook Stevens died early Saturday after he apparently was hit by a vehicle that fled the scene.
Neosho Police Chief David Kennedy said Tuesday an anonymous citizen had added $5,000 to the $1,000 already being offered for information.
The Neosho Daily News reported police are looking for the drivers of a black Chevrolet Cruze and a light-colored SUV that left sped away from Buck's Bar in Neosho about the time Stevens was hit.
