ST. LOUIS (AP) - Don't look now, but Christmas is just a little over two months away. The Salvation Army is taking applications through November ninth from low-income St. Louis area families for its Christmas Assistance Program and Toy Town. The Salvation Army says it will distribute more than 27-thousand toys and 62-hundred food voucherse during its holiday even in mid-December. Those interested must provide proof of household income to be eligible. For information, call 314-646-3261.
